Template Holder Micro-Adjust
This accessory allows fine adjustments to be made to the height of the Template Holder, perfect for sneaking up on the perfect fit when cutting dovetails. In addition, it is great for cutting irregular sized slots, dados, locating the router bit height when cutting angled joinery, dialing in the thickness gauge and so much more! It is compatible with all PantoRouter® models with an aluminum Template Holder.
The Micro-Adjust can be installed on either the operator side or the non-operator side of the template holder support frame. To prevent any interference with the motion of the pantograph, a low-profile knob is available for mounting on the operator side. All new Template Holder Micro-Adjusts include this knob.
NOTE: To install on the operator side, your machine must have the latest version of the Plunge Lever Linkage arm. The latest Linkage Arm was included with machines purchased February 2026 and later. For earlier machines, a Linkage Arm upgrade kit can be found HERE.
Each indication line on the knob adjusts the height by 0.1mm (0.004”). A full rotation of the knob moves the height 1mm (0.039”). Keep in mind the bit is only moving half that distance due to the 2:1 ratio from the template to the Guide Bearing, allowing for very fine amount of adjustment.
